Consultation payments are non-refundable and bookings cannot be cancelled.

If a client needs to communicate a change in circumstances, they must inform the Shiven Tatva team at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Any extension beyond the booked consultation duration is subject to availability and additional charges.

All consultations are strictly timed according to the reserved session duration. Astrology consultations are conducted via phone call or WhatsApp between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

On-site Vastu audits are available in Udaipur and nearby areas. For locations outside the service area, additional travel charges apply at actuals.

Appointments are confirmed by the Shiven Tatva team after payment confirmation is received on WhatsApp.
